A Coaching Approach to Peer Observation

A Coaching Approach to Peer Observation is a three month program which brings the simplicity of the GROWTH model to classroom teachers working collaboratively to enhance professional practice and improve student outcomes

Program Structure: Pre-program preparation, face-to-face sessions and in-school application. 

Suitable For: Pairs of teachers who are already working collaboratively together, including in-school coaches such as literacy coaches or mentors supporting early career teachers.
