We have learned more about the human brain in the last 25 years than in all history. This new science is challenging the way we think about how we communicate and how we lead. We know that we get easily distracted, that we can be non-productive in conversations and meetings, and that quality thinking is desirable yet rarely achieved. We also know that ‘insight’ is key to changes in behaviour and in fostering accountability. We need to change the way we have conversations and structure meetings. They need to be more A.W.E.S.O.M.E!
During this one-day interactive workshop, Michelle Loch, Leading Humans, will explore the neuroscience of insight, A.W.E.S.O.M.E conversation framework, what to do when conversations go ‘wrong’ and how to have candid conversations.
Program Structure: Program preparation and face-to-face sessions.
Suitable for: All teachers and education professionals, particularly, middle leaders, principals and system leaders. It is recommended that you complete Neuroscience of Leadership and Rewired Conversations as a pre-requisite. However, this is not essential.
