Executive Development for Educational Leaders Catholic Sector

Executive Development for Educational Leaders is a 12 month, multi-phase program designed specifically for educators working in Catholic education systems. The program will bring together experienced school principals and system leaders from Catholic Dioceses across Australia who are committed to contributing to, and leading innovative, exciting and responsive schooling for all young people.

Thriving Through Change and Challenge provides an understanding of resilience and offers an orientation to Springfox’s Resilience Model and its importance as a foundation for agility through change.

THE IMPACT CYCLE

Designed around the key themes of Dr Jim Knight’s 2018 book, The Impact Cycle: What Instructional Coaches Should Do to Foster Powerful Improvements in Teaching, this program supports educators in establishing coaching cycles that lead to improved teaching, and student learning.

The program has been tailored to explore challenges facing leaders within the education system, and is available for in individuals, teams and whole-school professional development.

The Women’s Advanced Leadership Program is an online career-defining six-month journey, created and delivered by NESLI, to provide tailored development and support to female school leaders in schools and education systems across Australia.

Practitioner research program

The Practitioner Research Program, led by nationally renowned education researchers, provides the skills to design, enact and disseminate robust research relevant to school practice. The program offers the opportunity to prepare a written article for submission to a relevant journal.

Professional Certificate In Instructional Leadership

The Professional Certificate in Instructional Leadership comprises two core subjects (25 percent) of the Melbourne Graduate School of Education's Master of Instructional Leadership.
