Growth Coaching and Accreditation Programs

QELi, in partnership with Growth Coaching International (GCI), offers a suite of growth coaching programs for individual and whole-school professional development to support you to build teaching and learning capability, build trust, develop leadership skills and ultimately improve students learning outcomes and well-being. The GCI coaching approach can be applied into a wide range of conversational contexts to create a culture of growth across a school, and to support school leaders with giving constructive feedback, working with teams, influencing others, strengthening communication skills, managing challenging conversations and enhancing questioning, listening and clarifying skills. 

In addition to the programs we run regularly in Brisbane for individuals, we can work with you to determine and deliver coaching programs for your school or context – whether it be a whole-school program or leadership team coaching. We can develop programs to suit the needs of your team and facilitate coaching on-site at your school or at a location of your choice.
