HIGH PERFORMING LEARNING NETWORK
The High Performing Learning Network Program is built on evidence practices of the key elements to a High Performing Network underpinned by effective intentional collaboration throughout the network.
The best education systems in the world are highly networked. These systems have Principals who are well-connected to their peers through active partnerships and High Performing Learning Networks.
These networks have effective partnerships that have common understandings and evidence-based practices, they challenge potential barriers to learning and engagement and support health and wellbeing, while enabling deep learning and innovation.
“When you enlarge your world laterally within your own level of the system, and vertically across levels, you gain ideas and perspective. When many people do this, you literally change the very context (for the better) within which you work. Networks get you out of your own narrow world.” (Fullan, 2005)
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
By completing this program participants will have:
- Developed a new strategic direction for the network
- Reviewed, reflected and refined their network through the Principal Collaboration matrix
- Developed higher levels of expertise in Network innovation and improvement that is informed by evidence and collaborative leadership
- Enriched their leadership through a selection of the QELi Leadership Modules
