LEADERSHIP FOR SECONDARY SCHOOL MIDDLE LEADERS

PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION
The Leadership for Secondary School Middle Leaders Programme has been developed in partnership with the Queensland Education Leadership Institute (QELi). Participants complete a 360 GENOS Leadership Survey at the beginning of the programme to generate a feedback report that will be discussed in a 1:1 follow-up session leading to goal setting.
The course content will be a combination of theory and practice, focusing on:
- Strengthening understanding of yourself and others
- Developing skills to build relationships and grow trust within your team
- Gaining commitment through the process of influence
- Participating in conversations to support your team to build their capacity
- Learning to lead high performance teams to develop collective efficacy
