The focus of Team Coaching is on strengthening the capacities of the leadership team so they can continue to grow their leadership and develop the key foundations, processes and performance indicators required to be a High Performing Team. A highly qualified QELi coach will use a variety of coaching techniques to improve personal leadership and team dynamics through reflection and dialogue. Individual and team coaching is suitable for anyone who seeks to grow their performance.
