Coaching Accreditation Program Phase 4: GCI Standard Accreditation 2021
Coaching Accreditation Program Phase 4: GCI Standard Accreditation is optional but required if you wish to seek accreditation in the GCI coaching system and the rights to use GCI coaching systems and materials in your practice.
Upon completion of this phase, you are eligible to apply for recognition of prior learning with some universities. An additional assignment and readings must be completed to seek recognition of prior learning.
Eligibility: You must register and complete Phase 4 within 12 months of completing Coaching Accreditation Program Phases 1 to 3. If you completed the program prior to this date, please contact email@example.com.
Structure: six one-hour individual phone coaching sessions providing a skilled coaching experience, an opportunity to be coached on your coaching and supervision support for work with a real coaching client.
– completion of six coaching sessions with a client
– written reflective practice assignment to post graduate standard, including familiarity with current coaching research literature and appropriate referencing
– coachee to ‘coach the coach’ and receive detailed written feedback
– a high level of commitment to building coaching capability and to the practice of coaching in current or future roles
