Welcome & Preparation
– Welcome to the program and preparation email – week of 8 August 2022
– 360 GENOS (Leadership Feedback Report) Survey – 8 August to 2 September 2022
– 1 hour virtual coaching session to debrief the 360 GENOS Report to develop targeted leadership behaviour growth – September 2022
– Introductory virtual workshop on ZOOM (1.5 hour) – an introduction and overview of the program – 23 August 2022, 3.30pm to 4.30pm AEST
Online Modules
Participants will engage in 9 Leadership modules through virtual workshops (1.5 hours each) and complete pre and post work aligned to each module. This knowledge will assist in developing and implementing their Leadership Challenge Action Plan (LCAP) Project.

COACHING – 1 hour virtual coaching session to discuss the progress of your LCAP – October 2022
LEADERSHIP JOURNEY PRESENTATIONS – Participants share their leadership journey with colleagues with a Video Recorded Presentation to be submitted by 12 May 2023
LEADERSHIP JOURNEY FEEDBACK – Participants provide feedback to their colleagues on their Video Recorded Presentation submission by 31 May 2023
Reflections on Impact
Participants will submit their Reflections on Impact Survey by 23 June 2023.
Certificate
Participants will be awarded their Certificate of Completion via email – week of 26 June 2023
