View Program FlyerThe North Queensland Region’s Middle Leadership Learning & Development 102 online program will enable emerging and established Middle Leaders and emerging Deputy Principals, or those wishing to gain exposure to, learn high quality leadership practices with a particular focus on strategic leadership.
Throughout this program middle leaders will develop their knowledge and skills to lead strategically through high levels of emotional intelligence, implementation of effective change and the essential elements of collaborative practices. The program builds confidence through practical advice, skills and support to enable you to become a highly effective and influential leader.

Phase 3 – Reflections on Learning
– Participants submit their School aligned Leadership Project presentation – either
live in breakout rooms OR as a recorded video with transcript – 30 August to 10 September 2021
– Participants complete and submit the online Reflections on Learning Survey 0- 30 August to 19 September 2021
– Reflection of leadership journey and what’s next Webinar (1hr) – 22 September 2021
Phase 4 – Recognition of Program Completion
Participants receive their certificate of completion.
