National School Improvement Tool Associate Training Metropolitan Region Cohort 2 2018
The training is open to deputy principals, heads of curriculum, heads of department, heads of special education services, literacy and numeracy support teachers, coaches and lead teachers. Teachers, business managers and other staff can attend at a principal’s discretion.
The training is designed to develop an understanding of:
- The nine domains of NSIT
- How the tool can be used to drive school improvement
- A common language to plan, monitor and describe school improvement.
A component of this program involves you applying this information to commence the development of a tailored action plan regarding specific areas of work aligned to your school’s agenda. You may wish to bring relevant school-based resources to the training.
