Michelle Loch creates leading humans who are masterful at leading humans! She works with organisations to create massive energy shifts throughout all levels of the organisation, and educates leaders on how to self-lead and lead others in a way that frees up time and lifts productivity.
Michelle is a leadership and communications expert in the neuroscience of human motivation, powerful conversation, and self-leadership. She is an expert in neuroleadership, a cutting-edge field of study that takes the latest in social cognitive neuroscience and applies it in a practical way to the art of leadership.
Michelle is all about making leadership easier! She believes if we can understand how the human brain really works – how humans tick – then we have the tools to effectively diagnose and deal with just about any people challenges that present themselves.
An international speaker and sought-after consultant, Michelle has held senior corporate HR Roles at PwC and Suncorp, and studied under, and then worked for Dr David Rock, the founder of the US-based Neuroleadership Institute. She is a PCC Qualified Coach with the International Coach Federation, a Distinction qualified Mind Gym Coach, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, holds a Bachelor Degree in Education, Diploma in Teaching, and a Certificate of Neuroleadership. She is accredited in Extended DISC and PRISM Brain Mapping.
Phase 1 - Program Preparation
You will be required to complete a 45 minute online PRISM Brain Map Inventory Assessment.
Phase 2 - One-day Workshop
This one-day interactive workshop will explore the neuroscience of leadership, human motivation and influence and enable you to develop a better way to engage, motivate and collaborate with others.
