MIDDLE LEADERSHIP LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT 101 PROGRAM

The North Queensland Region’s Middle Leadership Learning & Development 101 program is suitable for emerging Middle Leaders or those wishing to develop an understanding of the theory of leadership and who you are as a leader and learner. You will gain insights into your leadership style, learn leadership strategies that are transferable across emerging educational contexts and you will share your experiences with a network of future leaders.

This program promotes a culture of willingness to support others in their learning and to know how to do this by providing expert input and coaching.

MIDDLE LEADERSHIP LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT 102 PROGRAM

The North Queensland Region’s Middle Leadership Learning & Development 102 program will enable established Middle Leaders and emerging Deputy Principals, or those wishing to gain exposure to, learn high quality leadership practices with a particular focus on strategic leadership.

Throughout this program middle leaders will develop their knowledge and skills to lead strategically through high levels of emotional intelligence, implementation of effective change and the essential elements of collaborative practices. The program builds confidence through practical advice, skills and support to enable you to become a highly effective and influential leader.

MIDDLE LEADERSHIP LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT 103 PROGRAM

The North Queensland Region’s Middle Leadership Learning & Development 103 program is designed for established Deputy Principals, aspirant Principals or those wishing to develop their leadership knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively lead and develop others.

The program draws on the latest evidence about effective leadership in being a visionary, leading high performing teams and creating an agile and responsive leadership style. Throughout the program, learning is consolidated through one-to-one coaching and mentoring, helping to build mutually-supportive, reflective and professional collegiate groups.
