“2018-19 have been exciting years with new developments in leadership programs, new partners in delivery and new collaboration work with our stakeholders. Working alongside our fellow educators continues to move us from strength to strength.”
This year was a very successful year for QELi as we continued to deliver a range of high-impact leadership and capability development to more than 4,700 educators across Australian government, non-government and international sectors, through 160 open and customised programs. We continued to receive extremely positive feedback from our participants and program sponsors about the content relevancy of our programs across all levels of career experience and the impact on participant attitude and behaviours. Our participation rates continuingly increased in comparison to 2017-18, reiterating QELi’s outstanding reputation as a provider of evidence-informed and cost-effective leadership professional development, that meets participant, school and system needs.
Strengthening our partnerships and collaborating together to deliver quality programs, has been a significant feature of our work this year. Our association with government and non-government sectors, individual organisations and schools will continue to stimulate the co-development of high-impact programs to meet the needs of educators. Our primary focus across all of our programs, with the support of the QELi Board, continues to be the measurement of efficacy and long-term impact.
Looking forward to the year ahead, as we see a clear opportunity to work with our stakeholders on state and national agendas, including leading Inclusive Education, collaboration and student voice.
